Course Overview:
From Healing to Thriving consists of four downloadable PDF modules, as well as audio and video tutorials. This is a learn at your own pace course with hands-on exercises and self-reflection. There are numerous worksheets to complete in order to stretch yourself and grow. Sitting in uncomfortable but necessary spaces will guide you from healing to truly thriving in your life. My goal is to reach all 4 learning styles within each module:
- visual
- auditory
- reading/writing
- kinesthetic
Course Outline:
Module 1-Identifying self-limiting beliefs to break away from fear and self-judgment Discover what your self-limiting beliefs are based on experiences of your inner child, modeling from caregivers, and/or the trials and tribulations of being an adult.
- Uncover what your beliefs are that are holding you back.
- Go through the important steps necessary to reframe those beliefs.
- Introduction to mirror work.
- Toning your vagus nerve.
- Using aromatics for emotional growth.
- Combining mirror work with breath and aromatics to find renewed confidence in yourself.
Module 2-Reframing the scarcity mindset to welcome abundance into your life An abundance mindset leads to a healthier, happier, and more productive you. Unfortunately, many of us live from a mindset of scarcity keeping us in our comfort zone. Those with this mindset believe that there is not enough of anything and that there are not enough opportunities for everyone.
- Learn about scarcity in great detail. Scarcity is not just about money, but how we thrive in society, relationships, in our work, and even in our spirituality/faith.
- Begin to identify your inner dialogue and ascertain how it empowers you or holds you back.
- Discover what the Law of Attraction is and why manifesting ‘abundance’ or ‘enough’ may have never worked for you in the past.
- Become aware of ways to raise your vibration, truly love all the parts of yourself, and begin to shift your energy for good.
Module 3-Reawaken your creative playful side to harness and move your energy Awakening the creative muse within yourself is imperative to harness your energy. Once you have rekindled your energy body or your life force, you will become a pro at moving stuck dense energy as you move through challenges that life brings you. You may be thinking, “I am not creative”, but I assure you everyone is, maybe just not in the traditional way.
- Identifying and listing your pleasures and desires.
- Discovering basic ways to awaken your creative side.
- Introduction to Nadi Shodham (alternative nostril breathing) to provide calm and expansiveness of the mind.
- Begin to identify, harness, and move your energy through basic, easy to follow exercises.
Module 4-Self-care for our busy lives, putting you first. Dive into this module to uncover where your blocks are that are stopping you from taking the best care of yourself possible.
- Look at how self-care was modeled for you growing up.
- Identify and list your pleasure and desires to help you bring more happiness to your days.
- Create a critical list. Take a deep dive into your self-talk and ways you are ‘critical’ with yourself. Learn how to reframe or retrain those thoughts.
- Learn the power of EMT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and how you can use it to lower stress and anxiety as well as challenge your current self-talk during moments of struggle.
- Look at to-do lists in a fresh new way. Rather than list what you want to do, identify how you want to feel and who you want to be.

I feel like this course was really all about the tools you can utilize to be a better version of yourself, and to make it through the days with peace and calmness. I love that the course opens the door to creativity, but it also opens a door to inner peace which I really value. Until working through this course I didn’t realize just how much I’d put myself on the back burner. I look forward to changing that and modeling it in a healthy way for my kids.

Leslie’s program is extremely insightful. It incorporates some great tips to help you better yourself and the environment around you. The course is easy to navigate and I found myself flying thru from chapter to chapter.
The events of 2020 have been challenging, giving rise to emotions that are hard to deal with. “From Healing to Thriving” was a timely blessing. The modules progressed to stimulate thought-provoking questions, teach actions such as EFT and mirror work which are natural and effective tools to decrease anxiety while simultaneously boosting my personal MINDBODY Self Care and Self Love Evolution. This is a course that I find very personal, valuable, and will likely review it monthly as I evolve and thrive throughout my life.
