I used to think consistency was a personality trait.

For a long time, I thought the answer was to try harder.
But eventually I stopped asking, "What`s wrong with me?" and started asking, "What keeps happening before I lose momentum?"

Because the answer was never laziness.
It wasn`t a lack of motivation.
It was a pattern.
The more I paid attention, the more I realized my body was responding to stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion in predictable ways. Once I could see the pattern, I finally had something I could work with.

I`ve noticed something over the last few years.
Many women aren`t overwhelmed because they don`t care about their health.
They`re overwhelmed because wellness itself has become another standard to live up to.
Another list.
Another expectation.
Another place to wonder if they`re doing enough.
I don`t believe healing begins with a perfect routine.
I believe it begins by listening to what your body has been trying to say all along.
