Leslie Moldenauer

Writer  I  Strategist  I   Health Educator

Leslie Moldenauer, CHNC, HHP, Copywriter, Brand Strategist

I am a health and wellness writer who specializes in translating complex science into clear, responsible, human language. My work lives at the intersection of evidence-based research, emotional intelligence, and ethical persuasion, especially in regulated and trust-sensitive spaces.

I hold a degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Sciences and have completed over 1,500 hours of formal training in nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, and natural products manufacturing. That foundation allows me to engage deeply with research, understand nuance, and communicate health information with accuracy and care.

My path into this work was not purely academic. It was shaped by lived experience navigating burnout, hormonal imbalance, and the long road back to balance. That experience informs how I write. I understand how people receive health information when they are overwhelmed, skeptical, or searching for answers. I write with clarity, restraint, and respect for the intelligence of the reader.

Over the past decade, my work has spanned multiple roles and disciplines, including product formulation, educational content development, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused copy. I have written for both professional and consumer audiences, creating content that educates, builds trust, and supports informed decision-making.

I am also the author of the bestselling book Emotional Healing with Essential Oils, which has helped thousands of readers better understand the emotional and physiological connections between stress, the nervous system, and everyday wellness practices.

At the core of my work is a simple belief. Health communication should inform without fear, inspire without exaggeration, and honor both the science and the person receiving it. That principle guides every project I take on.

Good health is not just the absence of pain or disease but positively feeling good in the whole of our being, and therefore includes lifestyle, mental attitude, and ways of relating to all living beings and nature.” ~ Peter Shepherd.
